After installation of the current AIP Client, every user gets prompted for their username for the first time launching any Office application. After entering the username, everything else works automatically.
Would be great to have real/seamless SSO for the AIP Client on Windows 10, to get rid of the annoying credential prompt.1 vote
In the AIP client I can configure the "Tell Me More" link in Help & Feedback to point to an internal website via an advanced configuration setting.
The AIP Viewer has a "Learn More" link which takes me to an external Microsoft site. I'd like to be able to configure this link to point to my own site.1 vote
Currently, AIP Scanner is possible to run the task manually and always.
We would like to run AIP Scanner's task at a specific time or dairy, day of the week, weekly...2 votes
Currently, when AIP makes a recommendation for labeling or classification, the button to apply the recommendation reads "Change now".
It would make more sense from a user perspective to label the button "Accept" to indicate that the recommendation is accepted and applied.2 votes
This button text will be changed as part of recommended labeling capability which will be built-in Office 365 clients in the future.
AIP tenant display name is included in the protection UI and some other UI elements.
If company name changes, the change can be made in the service but is not reflected in the UI (e.g. template list UI).
This can cause legal problems and user confusion.19 votes

We wants to use AIP on roaming profile environment like Xenapp. But authentication is always required in this scenario, because there is no authentication information at roaming environment.
I understand to roam AIP authentication information is not support, so I wish at least to change design to AIP authentication with SSO.2 votes
Currently, Contents can be protected by "RMS template" or "Custom Permission".
Also, We often need to protect the contents with "RMS template" + "Any User".
"Any User" is decided depending on the protection timing.
Therefore, We would like to protect "RMS template" + "Custom Permission"16 votes
AIP Viewer for Windows should remember size and position of the application when closed. I switched to it as my default pdf viewer and it always opens small (700 x 525 pixels) and centered. I would prefer that it remembered my last size and position of the window, as other pdf viewer do, including Edge.3 votes
Show the Classification Level in the AIP Viewer
Instead of requiring the user to click "View Permission" to see the classification level of a file through the viewer, place it in a prominent area similar to where we would see it in a Word or Excel document.15 votes
Hide the "Track and Revoke" option when licensed for RMS but not for AIP (protection-mode-only). Track and Revoke only provides value for AIP, but when an enterprise license does not include AIP, sending our end users to the AIP page which suggests that they "sign up" for AIP is more than problematic. Many other interface options are hidden when in "protection mode only", this option also needs to be hidden to minimize end user confusion. We see this as real friction for deployment, likely to generate help-desk calls and cause end users a lot of needless confusion. At scale, this is expensive for us. Even with the best documentation and communication efforts, we will not be able to prevent needless significant churn around the new capabilities that will already be confusing for our large installed base which is just coming up to speed around RMS encryption.

Some business users work with huge picture files (12000 x 6750 px / 16:9 / 20MB). These find it inconvenient, that AIP Viewer doesn't open in 100% zoom and fixation in the middle of the picture by default.3 votes
Our business users asked for a zoom-factor shown in AIP Viewer. Especially for picture files.3 votes

Is it possible not to pop-up auth window if when we open no-rights contents?
We warry about end-user try to auth many times.
If we have not any rights for protected contents, we want to customize the pop-up, or select pop-up number.
(e.g. pup-up number 0 = pop-up error massage immediately)1 vote
