Classification bar should be available in the Windows Office 365 built in integration with sensitivity labels
Like with the AIP add-in which have a classification bar in addition to the labels under the "Sensitivity" button. The request is that as part of the built in integration with the Windows Office 365 apps for sensitivity labeling, the bar will be available as well42 votes

In the AIP client I can configure the "Tell Me More" link in Help & Feedback to point to an internal website via an advanced configuration setting.
The AIP Viewer has a "Learn More" link which takes me to an external Microsoft site. I'd like to be able to configure this link to point to my own site.1 vote

Usually before to take an airplan or exit from office, users download the email in local client (we are using Exchange Online as server),
When the user is in fly access to protected mail and wants acces to the attached protected document, so Exchange should pass thrue emai a valid certificate to open document.
Functionality that seems available in AD-RMS called "Exchange Prelicensing"

Prelicensing of attachments is already done for attachments that inherit protection from the email. For separately protected attachments this is being investigated.
Currently, when AIP makes a recommendation for labeling or classification, the button to apply the recommendation reads "Change now".
It would make more sense from a user perspective to label the button "Accept" to indicate that the recommendation is accepted and applied.2 votes
This button text will be changed as part of recommended labeling capability which will be built-in Office 365 clients in the future.
Currently in macOS it looks like RMS templates are not automatically removed when a user removes their account in Outlook and/or when they remove their machine from Intune enrollment.
The cleanup should be automatic, as in such cases when an employee with a BYOD machine leaves the company they still have remnants of the RMS templates in their personal Outlook config.
Currently the workaround is to force a refresh of the RMS template, which deletes all previous templates and remove the RMS token cache. This should be automated.1 vote
If e-mail ir AIP protected then user can not reply to this e-mail with meeting request.
Turns out lot of our employees use this feature, but since we enabled AIP protection (encryption) this feature is unavailable.4 votes
AIP tenant display name is included in the protection UI and some other UI elements.
If company name changes, the change can be made in the service but is not reflected in the UI (e.g. template list UI).
This can cause legal problems and user confusion.17 votes
I use classification named "confident" and confident documents get a watermark.
Users mark their drafts with a watermark "Draft".
When they want to protect these documents, the watermark "Draft" is replaced by the watermark "confident".
I try a workaround, that "confident" watermark should be placed at the end of the document while "draft" watermark is placed diagonal, but this does not work. How to get both watermarks on one document?3 votes
To be more visible, have the option to show the colour on the buttons all the time.27 votes
More of a bug I think. If you decide not to keep a document and attempt to close it, user is prompted to classify (if "all documents require a classification" policy is set) before the save prompt. User cannot cancel the classify prompt, must classify and then they get the standard "save, don't save, cancel" dialog. This is confusing. Label prompt should only appear after user hits save.19 votes
The Logon dilaog and the IRM information dialog Box showing up when users do not have Access to a document is really bad. You need to be a IT Professional to understand it.
Can you please improve it...?11 votes
Within the AIP client custom permissions, currently this only allows for one type of access to be granted to a group/user/domain. Having the ability to set one group at one level different to another. Currently this requires an AIP admin to create a specific protection label to achieve.185 votesWe're working on it! · AdminEnrique Saggese (Principal Program Manager, Information Protection CxE, Microsoft - Azure - Msip) responded
This will be available as part of the built-in labeling in Office.
We wants to use AIP on roaming profile environment like Xenapp. But authentication is always required in this scenario, because there is no authentication information at roaming environment.
I understand to roam AIP authentication information is not support, so I wish at least to change design to AIP authentication with SSO.2 votes

Native labeling in Office for Windows will support displaying labels from multiple users signed in to Office side by side.
Enable administrators to set custom text in the pop-up when the users must provide an explantion to lower classification label. This makes it easier to collect logs and group them for reporting.

Currently, Contents can be protected by "RMS template" or "Custom Permission".
Also, We often need to protect the contents with "RMS template" + "Any User".
"Any User" is decided depending on the protection timing.
Therefore, We would like to protect "RMS template" + "Custom Permission"16 votes
AIP Viewer for Windows should remember size and position of the application when closed. I switched to it as my default pdf viewer and it always opens small (700 x 525 pixels) and centered. I would prefer that it remembered my last size and position of the window, as other pdf viewer do, including Edge.3 votes
