Offer Encrypt only from the message ribbon
Outlook 1804 now has the 'Encrypt Only' function but it is buried under 'Permissions' in the 'Option' Ribbon. Can we have it either alongside the 'Do Not Forward' button on the Message ribbon, or as by reconfiguring the DNF button to give a drop-down option similar to the Permissions button. It would also be good to have and option to display it under the AIP Protect button where the AIP client is installed.

Enable Office Mail Merge functions to apply classification to document and emails
Currently Mail Merge with mandatory classification, forces users to classify every single email that is sent by the mail merge, even when the users have correctly classified and saved the Word document template. This is causing our users to manually classify every single mail sent in a mailshot. Default classification won't help in the case that there's a requirement for a mailmerge to be a different classification. WE don't want to manage an operational overhead of having scoped groups with passphrases to get around the issue - please can you get AIP classifications working with mail merge.

Make AIP aware of multiple office accounts
Currently a user with several Microsoft/Office accounts with AIP will have the default profile applied to all accounts across all Office 365 accounts/tenants. Personally I get all my private emails sent through my private Exchange Online account labelled with my employers AIP Classification labels. I don't want this.

Support Recommended classification in Outlook

Recommended classification is currently not supported in Outlook. It may not need to run continuously in the background like Word or Excel, but would be good to at least Recommend when the user hit Send18 votesThis is available in preview, more information on how to implement it can be found here:

Display information about used RMS Template correctly
We haven't licensed AIP, so we use "pure" Azure RMS instead to protect our Documents.
When we protect a document in a Office Application, there is supposed to be a banner indicating which RMS Template is applied. But instead, the banner shows "restricted Access". But if you click the button for showing your permissions for that document, the right template is shown.
I opened a case at MS Support, but I've been told that it "works as designed" and suggested me to open this Uservoice.
Please enable the banner to show the right name of the RMS Template, so the…

Provide classification in Outlook rules
We are using mandatory classification without a default. We do not have different sensitivity levels, but different types (customer confidential, company confidential, public, etc.) so no default is appropriate. This works well for us, but it doesn’t cover forwarding rules. I would our users to be able to create rules that classify messages. It would also be preferable if doing so were mandatory when using mandatory classification.

Prevent AIP labels from causing page break lines in Excel spreadsheets
When an AIP label places the visual marking on an excel spreadsheet, page breaks appear. Users find this disturbing and tedious to remove on each spreadsheet.

Option to disable the "Reset Settings" feature on endpoints
"Reset Settings" option causes registry keys such as Identity and DRM to be completely removed. These keys may contain specific connection settings like EnableADAL and DefaultServerUrl that determine how the client should connect to Azure. As a result, it causes issues for the client to authenticate. Therefore we would like to have an option to disable this feature on the endpoint (through a registry key or GPO) so users and support people cannot use it.
