This is code complete and will ship in our 1.4 release.
We are planning to ship this in our 1.4 release in November.
We've bundled all of the APIs in to the Microsoft.InformationProtection.File package. You can control which API you use by setting MipComponent enum when initializing MIP.
Policy API support exists today. When using MIP.Initialize(), provide MIPComponent.Policy as the first parameter.
We are considering Protection support, but don't yet have an ETA.
