Please note AIP labels are now available in the public preview of the Security and Compliance Center labeling capabilities.
    https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/Security-Privacy-and-Compliance/Announcing-the-availability-of-unified-labeling-management-in/ba-p/262492
The DLP capabilities in SCC can leverage MIP labels, which can be synchronized from the AIP portal using the steps described here:
    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/information-protection/configure-policy-migrate-labels
Also note that SharePoint DLP is not yet integrated with these labels, works towards a preview of that functionality is still ongoing.

Hi @Enrique. One of the challenges, with the OME identity content sharing feature, is that its usability is intermittent. We have customers who G-Suite and frequently fail to use the OME feature for Federated sign-in, so we have turned it off and force OTP code. We have had this issue with support open for over a month but no one seems to own or want to resolve it.

This does not just affect us, our Microsoft partner also tested and encounter same issues. So this suggestion my vote for a solution which is robust and supported as what is currently in place is not fit for purpose

The All Authenticated users feature allows for tracking without protection. Of course, tracking without encryption is not possible since if it’s not encrypted no license is required for accessing the content and thus there can’t be tracking, but the feature currently in preview should meet the same need. I’m renaming the feature request to reflect this reality.

Enrique thank you for the update and exciting to hear. Can you let us know how to access the preview?

    trilly commented  ·

@matthias seems to be in Private Preview. Like you I would be interested in either Private Preview access and or preview access when available.

@enrique is this part of the OME functionality or requires an AIP 1 or 2 license to track?

This request is just over a year old and wondered if any update. I noticed with Office Email Encryption2 (OME) that there is an option to revoke an email but only if you have an AIP license which just for revoking an email is rather an expensive option. Would love to hear if revoking an email is an option without an AIP license.
